We at Atlantex, Inc. are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your t-shirt purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

You can return any unused, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered t-shirt in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

If you are returning a defective product, please use a piece of paper tape or fabric tape to indicate the area of the defect.

Return Process

Initiate the Return:

Email us at returns@atlantexapparel.com with your order number to begin the return process.

Provide Required Information:

In your email, include your name, phone number, reason for the return, shipping method, and the shipping label/reference number.

Confirmation:

We will send you a confirmation email within 1 business day upon receiving your return request.

Shipping the Product Back:

Send the package to: Atlantex, Inc., 5965 Shiloh Rd E, STE C, Alpharetta, GA 30005, USA.

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

We will refund the price of the product, including any taxes charged, upon receipt of the return. This refund excludes all applicable shipping charges.

Allow 2 to 4 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
